So What's in the Actual Job Role?

Here are some of the things you would need to do (working closely with me):

• Reach out to sites for guest posting (to regular) opportunities using my persona (with an option in the future to build out a female persona since I'm male).
• Pitch topics for guest posts and follow up with editors, come up with content outlines.
• Building relationships with editors, bloggers, and influencers.
• Edit articles that writers would give (meaning you would edit, oversee, not do most of the writing yourself).

We will be getting lots of guest posts done — and I need someone helping with the whole process.

I'm looking for a right-hand man/woman who is excited about such a challenge.

A few more notes:

• Start date: Immediately (latest January 2021)
• Hours: This is a part-time position, that could grow to full-time (20 hours per week). We will need to agree on specific times, hours you are online, and we won't allow more than 8 hours/day.
• Type: Ongoing/permanent. This is a long term position that will take a while to build out and maintain.
• Pay: We'll start with $20/hour, 20 hours/week and even though guest posts would be on my name, I’ll also let you include links to your own site so you can build your own web presence (this is big).

You don’t need to be experienced in outreach, I’ll teach you everything, but…you must have a good foundation:

Skills & Requirements: Here’s What We Expect From You

• You have good English writing skills. While you will be doing mostly outreach (which will be conversational style), you'll be checking articles from writers so it's crucial that you have a good English foundation.
• You are knowledgeable and interested in the Sexual Wellness industry — BDSM, Sex advice, sex toys. While you don't need to be a pro, you must be interested in research, learn more, and have some existing experience in the industry (any specific studies, courses you've taken?).
• A quick learner with a good eye for details — I will teach the whole process, but you must be able to learn fast and put these learnings into practice without a loss in quality. Our approach is unconventional, you must be able to embrace different thinking.
• You're good with technology — we'll be using lots of tools like Slack, Outreach software, spreadsheets, Ahrefs, Grammarly, and automation. You don't need to know them, but you need to be resourceful to find answers.
• You can commit to at least 20hours/week (80hours/mo) and stick to fixed hours when I know you'll be available.
• Payment is via Paypal or Payoneer so you must have an operational account.
